Thiruvananthapuram Planetarium is another tourist spot in Thiruvananthapuram city. It is near Padmanabhaswamy temple, Napier Museum and other tourist interests.
The planetarium complex also houses the science and technology center. It is also known as Priyadarshini Planetarium.
It has a 3-D theatre, amphitheater, HAM radio station, Night Sky observatory in the complex.
This is the first of kind planetarium with a tilted dome and also has a bigger projection screen over many cine theater screens.
