Palaruvi Watefalls is on Kerala – Tamil Nadu border, near Thekasi and famous Coutrallam falls. However, one will find water flowing here, even during dry season in Courtrallam. The waterfall has a high drop of over 300 feet and it is mesmerizing to watch and post monsoon, it will be a spectacular sight.
It also has a stone mandapam few centuries old – probably used by Travancore royal families. There is different place for women and men – two streams and different place for changing clothes as well. The road to the falls is thick forest with teak trees and one can observe the bio diversity which we cannot see in a city.
