The trail of Sarasgad Fort, starts at Balleshwar Pali temple and takes around half an hour to reach the open grassland region. It’s a moderate to very steep climb, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring plenty of water. But don’t worry, the climb is worth it. From here, take the trail to the right, which will take you around the fort through various structures like the dhaanya kothar and wada. And be sure to avoid the left trail, unless you’re feeling particularly brave and up for a risky challenge.
And finally, the cherry on top: the temple surrounded by a water tank at the top. Spend some time taking in the view and then head back to Pali on the same trail.
