Sri Uchinathar Temple is a Lord Shiva temple in Shivapuri in Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. The temple is the 3rd padal petra sthalam in the series and the Lord Shiva here was worshipped by Thirugnasambandar.

The temple was built during 7th century AD and has 3 tiered gopuram.

The temple place is also known as Thirunelvoil and later known now as Shivapuri. The Lord Shiva here is known as Uchinathar and also as Madyaneswarar Temple.

According to legends, Lord Shiva has served food to Sundarar while he was hungry. There is also a water tank near the temple known as Kripasamudaram.
