Sri Thiruvazhmarban Temple is a Lord Vishnu temple in Thirupathisaram in Kanyakumari district in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the 108 divya desams.
According to legends, the saptarishis have worshipped Lord Vishnu here. There is also Agastiyar sanctum here where Lord Hanuman is seated before him hearing the story of Ramayana from the rishi. There is also a sanctum for Kulasekara Alwar and Vibheeshana.
The place is the birthplace of Nammalwar too.
The temple is constructed around 1000 years before in the 10th century AD. It covers an area of 2 acres of land and has a five tiered gopuram. The Lakshmi theertham pond in front is pleasant and one can find even in draught summer.

108 Divya Desam
This temple is one of the important Divya Desam in this earth known as Bhuloka Vaikuntam- abode of Vishnu on earth. Various Alwars have composed poems on Lord Vishnu – 6500 years back according to legends. Their composition of poems on Lord Vishnu temples all over India is known as Divya Prabandham which was compiled in 9th century.
