Sri Mahadevar Temple is a Lord Shiva temple in Thiruvanchikulam in Thrissur district of Kerala. It is a padal petra sthalam and the Lord Shiva here was worshipped by Sundarar. According to legends, Sundarar has reached abode from this place.

The temple is protected by Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). The temple also has mural paintings of yester years. It is believed to be built during 8th century.
