Kunthukal Beach is on the south western side of Rameshwaram Island and is a very quiet beach. It has clean waters, low waves and with less crowd one can enjoy the beach to the fullest.
Besides, one can also observe few fishes, crabs and other sea creatures in the shallow water. Do not miss it, while you are in Rameswaram.
Just opposite is the Krusadai island, where is the Gulf of Mannar Biosphere reserve. If there are boats for hire, do visit them.
