Sri Thirumeniyazhagar Temple is a Lord Shiva temple in Mahendrapalli in Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu. The temple is a padal petra sthalam and it is the 6th in the series.

The temple has a 3 tiered raja gopuram and Bramha theertham which is said to cure evil sins of past birth. It is also said to cure doshas of Sun and Moon in horoscope. The temple is roughly 2 kms away from the sea shore and is on the banks of river Kollidam. The lingam here is lustrous and hence its name – Thiru Meni Azhagar – meaning beautiful.
