Sri Sivalogathyagar Temple is a Lord Shiva temple in Achalpuram in, Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu. This is a padal petra sthalam.

The temple was constructed during 8th century AD. It has a 100 pillar temple and has a 5 tiered Raja gopuram.
