Sri-Deiva-Nayakeswar-Arambeswar-Temple is in Thiruilmbayakottur-near the Coovam lake near Sriperumpudur town in Thiruvallur district.

The village was once known as Arambayakattur on the name of Lord Shiva but later derived to its current name-Illumbayakattur

The temple is one of the padal petra sthalam- sung by Sundarar and Thirunavaukarassar.
