Porbandar Bird Sanctuary is in the heart of the city – Porbandar in Gujarat.
It spreads across over 1 square km and attracts migratory birds during monsoon.
The sanctuary has a lake attracting migratory birds and other birds such as teals, fowls, flamingos, ibis and curlews.
A good thing is, there are no entry tickets. It is FREE with parking facilities. It also has a bird watching tower.
