Porbander, a quiet city has this planetarium to enliven weekends.
It was made possible with donation of Shri Nanjibhai’s donation, who was the owner of Saurashtra Cement and Mehta group.
The entrance of the Planetarium has various photo panels that contain images of the historic Non – Cooperation movement, to which the planetarium is dedicated.
The famous Bharat Mandir Hall is situated in front of this planetarium.
