Kookal Falls

Kookal Falls is a hidden gem near Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu. It is deep inside the forest. Do take a local guide with you, else you may get lost. One has to trek 1.5 kilometer inside the forest to reach the base of this waterfalls. It is majestic and pristine during season. Do visit this place in a group. Be aware of wild animals too and insects like leeches.
