Karaikal Beach is one of the attractions of Karaikal town in Tamil Nadu. The beach is on the estuary of Arasalaru River and the fishery port. It is scenic with river and bay of Bengal with the otherside.
There is also a children’s park near the beach. Unlike other beaches, it is not crowded for most part of the time and one can have enjoy a quiet evening here. It is a good spot to observe some fishing boat taking to sea from here.
