Jorhat Science Centre & Planetarium is in Assam.

It’s small, like really small with a capacity of 15 people and still shows gets cancelled due to lack of attendance.

But, the real stars of the show are the exhibitions. There’s one about the history of oil which is pretty interesting, and another called “Fun Science” which is basically a playground for adults. The kids will love it, but be warned, some of the exhibits are on the fritz.

And then there’s the planetarium, which is pretty cool. It’s got a 3D effect and it’s air-conditioned, so it’s a great place to cool off on a hot day. But overall, if you’re in the area and have some free time, it’s worth a visit. Just don’t expect to leave feeling like a genius.
