Fort Kochi Beach is a nice place to spend your evening in beach facing boats, big cargo ships sail by. It is also a famous place to watch Chinese fishing nets hanging in air.

The beach is near the Kochi port and once there Fort Kochi was there. Now, one can only find the ruins, mostly rocks.

There is also a granite walkway, where one can take a stroll and enjoy the beach and the buzzling port and evening life of Kochi town. There is also Vascodagame Church nearby. You can use the walkway to observe the Fort Emmanual ruins and rusted canon and guns. One can also observe a part of fort in ruins.

There are also shops selling souvenirs, antiques and street vendors making it a vibrant place. One can also take a boat ride to view the beach, Kochi town from sea and backwates.
