Wayanad Heritage Museum is in Ambalavayal near Kozhikode in Kerala. It can be covered while visiting many of the waterfalls above the hills in Wayanad. The museum is in a picturesque setting with a hill view.
It has artifacts, tools and other statutes dating back to 2nd century. Most of the things were found near Wayanad and Edakkal caves exploration, since it was a hotspot of civilization over centuries.
For those who are archaeologically inclined, this place will be of much interest. For others, they can move on with cursory interest.
