Thala Waterfall is located about 9 km away from Bharmour near Chamba.

Drive about 6 km until you reach Thala Bridge and park your car on the opposite side near the market. From there, follow a side path down via some stairs to some rocky embankments that need to be crossed to reach the magnificent waterfall.
Trust me, it’s a bit of a mission, but once you reach the falls, you’ll be rewarded with an awesome view that’ll make you forget all about the journey to get there. It’s quite a high waterfall with a pool where it descends sheltered among a cove. You can even take photos from different angles to capture the beauty of this natural wonder.
If you’re feeling extra adventurous, there are also upper and lower Ghared waterfalls located higher up on the mountain near some villages.
