Shergarh Fort (also known as Qila Shergarh, Bhurkuda Fort) is a ruined Fort in Sasaram in of Bihar.

It is located on a hill of about 800 feet height and well fortified. It was built during the period of Sher Shah Suri. The fort is in dense forest which makes access difficult for people who are at the bottom of the plateau. The plateau lies at the bank of the Durgavati River.

A trip to this fort, will be a nice expedition exploring thick green cover, rivers, waterfalls during monsoon

For the adventurers, there is also an underground fort.

From the top of hill, the Durgavati river looks spectacular..
