Sargasuli Tower is known for the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of Jaipur City! You can see everything from up here – the hustle and bustle of the city, the majestic City Palace, and even the monkeys swinging around in the nearby trees.

Just make sure you don’t have a fear of heights before heading up to the top! And if you’re feeling a little lazy, don’t worry – there’s an entry fee of Rs.70 per person, but it’s totally worth it to skip the stairs and take the elevator instead (just kidding, there’s no elevator. Get your steps in, friend!).

The tower was built back in 1749 by King Ishwari Singh after he won a victory over Raja Madho Singh. And let’s give it up for the builders who followed the rules of Vaastushaastra to construct this tower! The dividers of the tower are composed in superb cross section work which offers air and light to the whole structure, so you won’t feel too stuffy or claustrophobic on your way up.

So, when’s the best time to visit? Definitely between the months of October and February, which mark the winter season in Rajasthan. You don’t want to be sweating buckets while trying to take in the view. And trust us, you’ll want to take your time up there – snap some photos, breathe in the fresh air, and maybe even do a little dance.

But if you do happen to visit during the summer season, be prepared for some serious heat – we’re talking temperatures that rise up to 40°C. Maybe just stick to air conditioning instead.
