Mansa Devi Temple is in Haridwar, where thousands of Hindus flock every year to fulfil their wishes.

Legend has it that the goddess Mansa Devi emerged from Lord Shiva’s mind and has the power to grant wishes. So, if you want your wishes to come true, you know where to go!

But hold on, it’s not just about the temple. The journey to the top of the Bilwa Parvat is an adventure in itself. You can take the ropeway or walk up the one and a half kilometer uphill trek. But let’s be real, after all that food you’ve eaten on your trip, taking the ropeway might be the better option.

Once you reach the top, you’ll be greeted by the two deities inside the inner shrine – one with eight arms and the other with three heads and five arms.

And if you’re wondering how to get there, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Taxis and auto-rickshaws are easily available, or you can take the cable car, also known as ‘Mansa Devi Udankhatola,’ for a round trip of INR 150 per person.
