Manora Fort is a eight storeyed hexagonal tower built during early 19th century. It is near the coast and the fort is around 25 meters high.
One can visit upto second level of the fort. From above, one can view the mangroves and the nearby lighthouse too. The monument was affected by 2005 Tsunami.
Though it is near the seashore, there is no beach here. However, one will be interested in the nearby mangroves which is a bio diversity spot.
