Mankayam Falls/Kurisadi Waterfalls is a seasonal waterfall near Ponmudy hill station in Kerala. It is roughly 50 kilometers from Thiruvananthapuram city. The river Mankayam is a tributary of Chittar, which flows through the western ghats.
It is a calm and serene place, ideal setting for bird watching – spotting kingfisher, mynahs, hornbill and observe nature. There are number of waterfalls in the area and you can choose anyone of your choice. Other waterfalls are Ayampara Falls, Madam Falls and Kalakyyam . There are also camping options as well.
