Kilimanoor Palace is a luxurious palace of yester year kings of Raja Ravi Varma – a famous painter and Marthanda Varma in Kerala.
The palace complex covers of 6 hectares of land with two ponds and several groves. It was built around 1750’s in the current form. However, it has a history of over 300 years.
Now, Families related to the Travancore royal house continue to live here.
There is also the famous Raja Ravi Varma art gallery is there. However, it is not the original, nevertheless they are brilliant.
