Discover the breathtaking Langshiang Falls in Meghalaya, India – the 3rd highest waterfall in the country!

Located just 24 km from Nongstoin, Langshiang is a short 30-minute walk from Sangriang village. As you follow the Mighty Kynshi River through a valley, you’ll come across a pool called ‘Wei Spi’ surrounded by giant cliffs.

The river then plunges down a deep gorge, forming the magnificent Langshiang Falls – a must-see for any nature lover.

Along with the falls, Langchong also boasts two other waterfalls, the ‘Kshaid Chong’ falls and ‘Wei Spi’ falls. And if that’s not enough, the upcoming Kynshi Hydroelectric Project promises to enhance development and tourism in the area. So don’t miss out on this incredible natural wonder and panoramic views of the lush green hills and charming hamlets including the nearby village of Mawpon.
