Krishnagiri Fort is ja huge hillock near Krishnagiri town in Tamil Nadu. It was an important fort in Krishnadeva Raya period. The fort is on a hill and has to climb steep of about 400 steps to reach above. From above the view of the city and highway is picturesque.
The fort is protected by Archaeological Survey of India. Though the fort is in ruins and one can only see few parapet walls, still the grandeur of the fort is unmistaken.
