Keezharkuth Falls / Rainbow falls is in middle of dense jungle which is needs few kilometers of off roading or trekking. However, it will be an amazing experience.
It is near Udumbanoor near Thodupuza town. From here, close to the waterfalls, there is around 1.5 kilometer of untarred road – muddy and unpaved road. It means you need off roading vehicle. With skill, a car with higher ground clearance can cover the distance. Better, you can trek the 2.5 kilometer by trekking. After the hard trek, you will find water dropping off 1500 feet forming myriad rainbows – which also gets the name – Rainbow waterfalls.
