Kalingapatnam Beach is located on the coast where Vamsadhara River forms estuary in Bay of Bengal. It is located at a distance of 30 km from Srikakulam town .
The beach was once a famous port in ancient times and equipped with a lighthouse, which provides a spell bounding view of the high sea. The open road ends into the sea bed here.
The Vamsadhara river also adds beauty to the picturesque beach. There are few beautiful sculptures like Buddha, Elephant etc.
