Gurramkonda Fort is a historical fort in Madanapalle in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.

The place was once a Mandal headquarters and was also known as Zafarabad. The town flourished during Vijayanagara Empire and people rode to the fort all the way high by riding horses, hence the name Gurram Konda.

According to legends, a Sufi Saint named Hazrath Shah Kamal came from Kirman of Old Persia and settled here. He taught Islam to the locals, spreading it throughout the village and its surroundings.
