Government Museum, Karur

Government Museum is one of the small museum in Karur in Tamil Nadu. It has ancient collections of Roman coins, coins of Chera, Pandya and Chola period. Some of the findings displayed here are found in river Amaravathi in Karur. The museum is maintained by archaeological department of Tamil Nadu.
