Chennai Railway Museum is an interesting museum for kids as well as adults. It is located near Perambur Loco Works in Chennai.
The museum displays models and real life rail engines, locomotives and coaches. If one is interested to peak inside a driver cabin of trains, this is the place.
There is also a miniature rail ride inside the museum which is FREE.
There is also a video show about Integral Coach Factory for 20 minutes. There are also lot of technical data about Indian Railways for techies.
