Buxa Fort is located in thick jungle of Buxa Tiger Reserve West Bengal.

It is on the Bhutan border and also connecting Tibet with India.

It is an adventurous place for those who are interested in exploring places. It is on uphill and one has to trek around 2.5 kilometers.

One can only find ruins and not much of the structures are intact. However, the path and the surroundings here are beautiful and refreshing.

There are numerous homestays around, where one can enjoy the forest and the fort in leisure.
