Bhupatgad Fort is a small fort in Palghar district in the Jawhar taluka in Maharashtra.
Very less history of this fort is known.
May be, this fort was set up to keep watch over the Trimbak-Wada trade route
There is no marked route to the fort, so a adventure for trek lovers.
The trek base is in Zaap vilalge. It will take around 20 minutes to trek to reach the top of the fort. From the top, one can observe Hanumal idols, water tanks and impressive view of rural villages.
