Attukal Falls or Attukad Falls is another seasonal waterfall near Munnar in Kerala. It is just 9 kilometers from Munnar town and can be reached by car, autorickshaw. During monsoon season, one will find it hard to choose the number of waterfalls and the scenery will be breathtaking. Around Munnar, any road in any direction, you will find water gushing from mountains as waterfalls.
At someplace, there will be drop of more than 100 feet and it creates a interesting tourist spot. However, during dry season, it will be nothing but rocks. Attukal water falls is one such seasonal waterfall. There is a narrow bridge where you cross by car allows you view the frontal view of the waterfalls.
