The monastery belongs to the Nyingmapa School of Buddhism and boasts of a spiritual and calming ambiance. The Buddhist monks offer everyday prayers here, making it the perfect place for meditation. And get this, the gompa has not 108, but 219 prayer drums! That’s right, this place is extra AF when it comes to spirituality!

And don’t worry, fellow travelers, every part of the gompa is accessible to tourists, so you can explore every nook and cranny of this holy place.
