Thommankuthu Falls is a seven step water falls on the Kaliyar river in Thodupuzha in Idukki district of Kerala. One can take the Alapuzha-Madurai road and can take a diversion to Thommankutthu waterfalls. It is also near another seasonal waterfall Anachikidathu waterfalls. The waterfalls is inside a lush jungle and one has trek in nature for 300 meters to reach the falls. It is more like Vazhachal falls, where river water is tapered down along seven steps in a picturesque setting. There is an entry ticket to reach the falls which is INR 30/-
