Sri Vilvaranyesvarar Temple is a Lord Shiva temple in Thirukolambathur in Thiruvarur district in Tamil Nadu. It is one of the padal petra sthalam and the Lord Shiva here was worshipped by Thirugnasambandar.
According to legends, when Thirugnasambar arrive here, there were floods on Vettaru river, so Thirugnasambandar worshipped Lord Shiva which made to cross the river using a ferry without ferrymen.
