Marmala Waterfalls is Meenachil river dropping over 40 meters across rocky boulders in a picturesque setting. It is located in Vellani near Erattupetta in Kerala. To reach one has to reach Eratupetta, take Eratupetta-Peermedu road and after Teekoy -Adukkom road and finally take Marmala road to reach the waterfalls. The roads are scenic. During monsoons, the forest trails will be slush and muddy. It is better to trek and leave vehicles behind safely.
