Krishna Mangroves are formed in the estuary of river Krishna reaching Bay of Bengal.
It is a bit unexplored place and has pristine mangrove forests. It is believed by conservationists to be one of the last remaining tracts of thick primary mangrove forests of South India, which is rapidly disappearing due to absence of protective measures.
The place is only for the adventurers and eco tourist, who likes to explore nature.
There is a Nagayalanka lighthouse , which can be reached by boat, but one has to negotiate with boatmen. It might cost around INR 1000/- for a trip.
