Gandhari Fort / Gandhari Khilla (Gandhari Kota) is a hill fort located near Bokkalagutta, in Mandamarri Mandal in Mancherial district, Telangana. The Fort was built by tribal kings who ruled over this region, by taking assistance from Kakatiya rulers, some 1,000 years ago. It carries the unique Kakatiya style too. The fort also houses the ancient temple of Maisamma. One can also find rock carvings of Kala Bhairava Swamy, Lord Siva, Lord Ganesh and Hanuman.

According to archaeological work, the fort was constructed during 9th century and expanded till 16th century.

The fort area is also known for unique plant species which includes many medicinal herbs. The fort has not been fully excavated and is still partially covered by forest. There are also attempts to declare this place as Medicinal Plants Conservation center.
