Chhatarpur Temple is a large temple built on marble in Delhi.

This temple is a dream come true for all marble lovers, as it is filled with intricately-carved jaali designs that will leave you spellbound. It’s not just a temple, it’s an art gallery where you can find various sculptures of different deities.

The temple is dedicated to Goddess Katyayani, and it’s a delight to see the magnificent statues of different goddesses, including the shrine of Goddess Katyayani.

The courtyard of the temple has a holy peepal tree where people tie threads for wish fulfillment. Don’t forget to make a wish while you’re there! And if you’re hungry, don’t worry. The temple has a huge basement room where devotees and pilgrims are fed delicious meals. So, you can feast on some delicious food while experiencing the divine energy of the temple.

The temple is located near Chhatarpur Metro Station, but finding parking can be a daunting task.

The temple is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the morning aarti starts at 6:30 AM while the evening aarti starts at 7:00 PM. The best time to visit the temple is during Hindu festivals like Dussehra, Mahashivratri, and Janmashtami, as the temple is beautifully decorated and special pujas and grand celebrations are held.
