Birla Planetarium is one of the best planetarium in India. It is located in Kottupuram in Chennai 1 kilometer away from Guindy Zoo and Snake park. It is part of tourist circuit in Chennai.
The sky theatre is impressive and shows are conducted in English and Tamil. There is also a 3-D theatre which runs adventure and magical shows.
