Nelapattu Bird Sanctuary is a wetland in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh.
One can spot migratory birds during season. The place is a large breeding ground for Grey Pelicans. According to some estimates, there are around 1500 pelicans during season.
For its part, the state government is also protecting the area, by planting trees and protecting fish.
