Victoria Jubilee Museum is housed in Bandar Road in Vijayawada and has a Ashlar masonry and Indo European architectural style.
It was built to commemorate Queen Victoria coronation in 1887. Later the building came under the control of the Zamindaras of Nuzivid, District Board, Krishna and Zilla Parishad of Krishna.
It was in the year 1962, the Department of Archaeology & Museums, Government of Andhra Pradesh took over the building and established an Archaeological Museum.
Some of its special attractions are Pre Proto Historic Gallery, Terra Cottas, Bronzes, Bidri Ware, Coins etc.,
Besides it also has copper plate inscriptions, Porcelain & Celadon ware, Enamel Ware on display.
