Kolli Hills is an off beat destination and one of few unexplored place in Tamil Nadu. The hill is a tiny town, with few tourist stay places and villages. The biggest attraction is the Agaya Gangai waterfalls, Arpaleeswarar Temple and other minor waterfalls.
One can enjoy a quiet weekend here. The mobile tower connectivity is very low. The forest are lushgreen and has a ecosystem of its own. Even the villages here are self content with bare necessities. After the evening is set, there are no activities other than star gazing or watching TV. If you want to unwind, this is one of the best place to be with nature.
Now, there are few resorts and home stays coming up, opening up tourisim.
