Anegundi Fort is near Hampi in Hospet Area in Karnataka. The fort though much of it is in ruins, one can explore the rural village and the palm forests around. The rural country view from the above is also picturesque. It is only good as a trekking expedition as there is not much to see, except few remains of fort walls, elephant stable etc., If you are exploring Hampi with stay for few days, this Anegundi Fort could be an option.
